# Questions my clients ask me most often
Get your questions answered before hiring an interpreting service
If this is your first time hiring an interpreting service or you’re organizing a multilingual event, here you’ll find clear answers to the most common questions: available options, preparation, technical aspects, and how we work. In case you need further information, you can contact me directly to discuss any details.
What type of interpretation services do you offer?
I provide services of simultaneous, consecutive, bilateral and remote interpretation. I recommend the most suitable modality according to objectives, format (face-to-face, hybrid or online), number of attendees and audience profile, to guarantee fluid and accurate communication.
What languages do you work with?
I work with the Spanish ⇄ English combination. I have received specific training in conference interpreting and I apply professional techniques that ensure fidelity, clarity and neutrality in the transmission of the message.
How do you prepare for each interpreting assignment?
Before the event, I spend time studying the event's topic, preparing specialized terminology, and to familiarize myself with the speakers and their style. This preparation allows for a natural, precise and consistent interpretation of the original message.
What do I need to consider if I want to hire your services?
Ideally, please write 2–3 weeks in advance and provide the agenda, presentations/drafts, speaker biographies, language of each presentation, and technical details. With this information, I can plan equipment, the booth or remote platform, and coordinate schedules.
